In order to enter the UAE, a visa will be required. On arrival in the airport you will be able to apply for a 30-day visa if you are a citizen of the following countries:

Andorra, Australia, Brunei, Canada, China (including Hong Kong), Japan, Kazakhstan, Macau, Malaysia, Mauritius, Monaco, New Zealand, San Marino, Singapore, Singapore, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vatican.

For citizens of the following countries a multiple entry long-stay visa is issued for a period of 90 days. The visa is valid for 6 months from the date of issue and the maximum stay is 90 days. Citizens of these countries can also apply for a pre-arranged visitor visa if they have fully utilized their 90-day visa upon arrival.

Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Colombia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kiribati, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Montenegro, Nauru, Netherlands, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Salvador, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Korea, Spain, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Sweden Switzerland, Uruguay.

A 180-day visa can be obtained by citizens of Mexico.

Before traveling to the UAE, you should check visa requirements and make sure you have a valid visa, if applicable, or your passport is valid for a minimum period of time. If you have a non-standard passport or travel document, there may be different entry requirements. Be sure to check if you need to apply for a visa and other passport requirements.

As of April 29, 2016, Gulf residence permit holders will be required to apply for a UAE visa prior to arrival in Dubai.

From May 1, 2017, Indian nationals holding a passport valid for at least six months from the date of arrival and a visitor's visa or green card issued by the US with a validity of at least six months, or having EU or British residency status, can obtain a visa on arrival for up to 14 days for an additional fee.

To visit the UAE you must have a separate passport valid for at least 6 months from the start of the tour. Children entered in their parents' passports are not allowed to enter.

Can I apply for a visa online?

Now it is easier and more convenient to apply for a visa thanks to the online system. Is it possible to extend my visa through you?

If my visa is approved, does that mean I will be allowed entry?

My passport will expire soon. Can I get a visa?

The UAE Government Immigration Control Authority requires all nationals to have a passport valid for at least 6 months after the date of entry when they enter the country. If your passport expires before 6 months, you should renew it before applying for a visa and visiting the UAE.
