Winters in Namibia are characterized by mild and warm temperatures. There is virtually no rainfall. Temperatures rise to +25 °C during the day and drop to around +5 °C at night. The main feature of this season is the drastic temperature fluctuations during the day. Be prepared to change clothes frequently. Don't forget to bring not only summer T-shirts, but also a warm, windproof sweatshirt.

The best months for wildlife watching are April-September, when it is slightly warmer, especially at night, and there is a mass migration of animals.
