UAE electronic Visa (eVisa). Online application and requirements

Need an eVisa in the UAE?

In August 2015, the UAE launched an e-visa service that allows visa applications to be submitted from anywhere in the world. The e-visa system greatly simplifies the process of obtaining a visa and traveling to the UAE. Now, you no longer need to visit the embassy in person or look for middlemen to apply for a visa. All you need to do is submit the required documents and information and pay the visa fee online.

To enter the UAE, you will need to present a printout of your e-visa or its confirmation and the identity document mentioned in the application. We ensure that our UAE e-visa is valid and ready for use at the time of your arrival in the country.

The e-visa filing system has many advantages. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world and allows you to apply for a visa at any time. You no longer need to waste time on emailing documents, personal visit to the embassy or office. You just need to fill out the online form and pay the visa fee.

Obtaining a visa to the UAE has now become easier and faster. Electronic visa system allows you to get a visa for 30 days stay in the country. The approved visa application will be sent to your email as a copy of the visa.

At Dubai International Airport, immigration officers are conducting additional identity checks of passengers by iris scanning. This is a measure to ensure the safety of passengers and airport staff.

During random identity checks, immigration officers may require a copy of the visa or a printed page of the visa confirmation. Failure to provide a visa will result in the passenger being charged a fine of AED 30 for each copy of the required document. The fine can be paid in AED.

The e-visa is the only type of tourist visa to be issued in the Arab Emirates in 2024. It is an electronic copy of the Migration Service permit, which is issued by the UAE Ministry of Interior. Each e-visa has a unique number which is checked at the border to ensure its admissibility. After a short verification procedure, you will be stamped with an oval stamp in your passport and you can enjoy your vacation.

What is an e-visa for a tourist to the UAE?

An electronic visa, or e-visa, is an electronic authorization to enter the United Arab Emirates that allows you to travel to this country using your passport.

My passport will expire soon, can I apply for an e-visa?

Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the start of your travel date. If your passport is about to expire, a new one must be issued.

How long is the e-visa valid?

A UAE tourist visa is valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. This means that when traveling to the UAE, it is necessary to enter the country within 60 days from the date of issuance of the visa. It is worth noting that a tourist visa is a single entry visa and allows you to stay in the country for no more than 30 days.

What are the consequences if I exceed my stay in the UAE?

If you stay in the UAE for more than 30 days, you will have to pay a fine of AED 100 and an additional AED 200 for each day of stay beyond the stipulated period. Please note that there cannot be more than 30 calendar days between your entry and exit dates. Even if you arrive at 23:59 local time, this will be counted as one day.
