Abu Dhabi Gold Visa 2025: New Opportunities for Skilled Professionals

The United Arab Emirates in early April announced the expansion of its Abu Dhabi Golden Visa program, offering long-term residency for highly skilled professionals with high incomes and in-demand skills. The new 10-year visa does not require sponsorship and provides its holders with stability, tax benefits and the opportunity to participate in family life.
According to the new additions, the Golden Visa can be obtained by professionals of the first and second tiers, according to the classification of the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE). The first tier includes those in senior management positions and managers. The second tier covers a variety of professions, including engineers, doctors, educators, IT specialists, lawyers, business consultants, scientists and cultural professionals.
To apply for the Abu Dhabi Golden Visa, applicants must meet several key criteria. First and foremost, one must be employed in the UAE and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. A valid professional license (if required for the job) is also required, and the salary must be at least AED 30,000 per month. The position held must be at MOHRE level 1 or 2.
A number of documents must be collected before applying, including an employment contract, proof of MOHRE job classification, diploma, professional license, employment certificate and bank statement.
The Abu Dhabi Gold Visa is already available for skilled professionals and opens new horizons for career growth and life in one of the most dynamic and culturally rich centers of the world.
