Electronic visa to Uganda

The Uganda e-Visa, introduced by the Ugandan government in 2016 to simplify the visa process for various visa categories, is available exclusively online through a special online application.

The Uganda e-Visa system allows eligible citizens to submit a convenient electronic application and receive an approved visa electronically, which will be sent via email. With some exceptions applying to the approximately 10 nationalities that can obtain a visa on arrival, e-visa for Uganda is available to all foreign passport holders who are not on the visa-free list for that country.
