Electronic visas: Belarus on the way to modern solutions in the visa process

Belarus plans to introduce an electronic visa system in 2025. This innovation will be an important step towards simplifying the visa process and attracting foreign citizens. The e-visa will be issued for a single entry and will be valid for 30 days. It is intended for business, tourist and private travel, as well as for participation in sports and cultural events.
E-visa applications will be submitted through the OAIS Single Electronic Services Portal (OAIS EPSP) and will have a processing time of seven calendar days, with no possibility of expedited processing.
To apply, applicants will be required to submit:
- A completed online application form.
- A valid passport.
- Proof of health insurance coverage.
- Online payment using a credit card.
The online e-visa application will include personal questions about the traveler, the inviting party, work or study, and certain travel information.
Citizens of 67 countries and territories will be able to use the electronic visa system to travel to Belarus in 2025:
