The country also offers good opportunities for students, businessmen and investors. Students can attend prestigious universities and get quality education in various fields. Businessmen and investors can find interesting business opportunities in the country, especially in tourism, agriculture and energy.

Visas such as: tourist visa, business visa, work visa, student visa and many others are available for travelers interested in visiting Nepal. The validity of Nepal visa will depend on the type of visa and the purpose of traveling to Nepal.

Children traveling to Nepal must abide by the country's visa policy at par with adult travelers. They must also have their own valid passport. However, there is an option for children under the age of 10 to get a free visa. This also requires a visa application and the child's passport must be valid. The issuance of free visa waives the visa fee for entry into Nepal.
