E-visa to Papua New Guinea

For most citizens planning to visit Papua New Guinea, an e-visa is a must. The e-visa provides the opportunity to obtain authorization to enter the country before arriving on its territory. It is issued online and serves as a substitute for a traditional visa. To enter Papua New Guinea, you must have a valid passport with at least one blank page for a visa stamp and the passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of entry. Currently, the PNG Embassy only issues single entry visas. However, visitors can obtain an e-visa online for tourism, business, work or for short-term visits. There are two types of e-visas: the tourist e-visa, which allows a stay of up to 60 days in a single entry, and the business e-visa, which allows a stay of up to 30 days. The process of applying for an e-visa is simple and can be done online. The visitor must provide their personal details, passport details and travel itinerary. Remember that this is a single entry e-visa, which means you cannot visit other countries during your stay in Papua New Guinea. Papua New Guinea is an amazing place to travel, with a rich cultural heritage and unique nature. So, if you are planning to visit this country, don't forget the importance of e-visa and take all the necessary steps to get one.
