A yellow fever vaccination card is mandatory

Employment contract or promise of employment

Curriculum vitae translated into Portuguese, notarised by a notary and certified by the Angolan consular and diplomatic mission

One recent passport size colour photograph of the applicant to be affixed to the application form

Original and photocopy of passport - main pages and pages containing information on migration movements

Current evidence of payment of tax liabilities
